GUARANTEE

The reservation is free but engages the responsibility of both the client and the hotel.
The hotel’s policy is to never overbook.
In order to guarantee and validate a reservation, the hotel requests that you:
- either provide credit card details in writing (card type, name of bearer, expiration date, card number  and security code) 
- or leave a deposit equivalent to the cost of a minimum of one night’s stay (by check, wire transfer or cash)
In certain cases, Direct Payment by Credit card may be requested by the client or required by the hotel.
Reservations can only be confirmed once the guarantee has been deemed satisfactory.
Please note that room prices for the same day or period may vary from client to client depending on the conditions of reservation.

CANCELLATION

Individual Reservation :
Cancellation is free if the hotel is notified before 2PM (Paris time) at least 2 days before the date of arrival.
If the hotel is notified of the cancellation before 2PM (Paris time) the day before the date of arrival, the amount corresponding to one night for each cancelled room will be billed.
For all cancellations made after 2PM (Paris time) the day before the date of arrival or in absence of cancellation, the amount corresponding to the entire stay limited to two nights for each cancelled room will be billed.
The same conditions apply in case of unexpected departure.

Group Reservation ( 5 rooms or more ) :
A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the amount for the entire stay is required one month prior to arrival or at the time of reservation.
All subsequent cancellations are processed as individual reservations.

In order to avoid any misunderstanding, all cancellations must be submitted in writing, and the date and time of receipt of the cancellation registered by the hotel to be used as reference.

PAYMENT

Stays are payable each week or, at the latest, the day of departure.
The hotel accepts: cash in Euros, checks from a French bank, Travellers checks, “chèques vacances”, and the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard, American Express, Diners Club.
